COVID-19 Clinic Guidance

Keeping our patients and staff safe remains our top priority. Please follow these guidelines when visiting the clinic.

Confirmed COVID-19 or Symptoms

Do not attend the clinic if you have confirmed COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms of the virus. Please contact us to rearrange.

Vomiting or Diarrhoea

Please do not attend if you are experiencing vomiting or diarrhoea. Contact us to rearrange your appointment for when you are fully recovered.

Close Contact

If you have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19, please inform your clinician before attending your appointment so appropriate measures can be taken.

Higher Risk Groups

If you are over 70, have a long-term condition, are pregnant, or have a weakened immune system, please refer to medical advice before attending.

Clinic Guidelines

When Visiting the Clinic

Please follow these guidelines to help keep our patients and staff safe.

Hand Sanitiser

Use hand sanitiser on entry and exit of the clinic.

Respiratory Hygiene

Maintain good respiratory hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

Hand Washing

Wash your hands in the toilets for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.

Minimise Object Exchange

Minimise the exchange of objects between yourself and others during your visit.

Post-Visit Symptoms

Inform us immediately if you develop symptoms within 10 days after attending the clinic.
